We just got home to a kids meal with fruit. That's it....bummed little boy and now scrambling mom finding something to get down him b4 school. Would love a refund or voucher or something.

I was having a bad day, so bae ordered me some chicky nuggies nom nom nom so blessed. But, when the young man at the register said my pleasure, I cried so hard we had to go outside. They brought the food to us. OMGSo after more crying and a trip to Target, I found out I'm pregnant! But yeah great place great service

Honestly, I like their breakfast menu more than their regular menu. I always get their Chick Fil A sauce, its the best sauce they have.

Extremely busy. Trying to get too many lanes going and they were mixing up orders. Friendly as always and great food.

Excellent customer service. I dont know how the management trains their staff to do so well. Maybe they just hire great people. Whatever they are doing, if they could bottle it up and sell it, they would make billions on that alone.

Always fast, attentive and courteous service. Most days the only delay in receiving my order fresh and hot is the time it takes me to get from the order side of the building to the window. This time I went with some friends and we were barely waiting 2 minutes maybe before an order for four of us came out. I love seeing the character and professional values instilled in the staff here, and just a great environment and attitude overall. I've never been to a Chick-fil-A where even if I was having the worst day and was grouchy I didn't get greeted with a smile and good service. The food is relatively meh, But the service brings me back. Keep it up

Normally have a great experience every time! Store was out of shake base last night, no big deal. Then I needed two wraps but could only get one because the salad station was down, fine. What really upset me was that only one staff member seemed happy to be there. Normally everyone is happy and I love the environment! One guy, Mathew, was put out that a customer was asking for lemons, he was asked to check the back; he stormed to the back and kicked the door out of anger on the way through. Just not happy with my experience, was there at 9pm.

Good and quick service. Drive thru is very quick as well!

We went there for lunch on Oct. 17. We ordered the strawberry milk shake, but tasted different, I held the milk shake and stood in front of the counter, no one asked me if I need anything, then I found a guy in uniform and told him about my milk shake, he said he hadn’t clocked in yet but he went to tell the female manager. The 2 stars i give to this guy. I saw he talking to the manager. Then I sat down and waited. The female manager had never showed up, also no other team members come to us and ask what happened on the milk shake. After 5 to 10 minutes, the guy clocked in and came back to me, and said he was going to make me another one. The female manager and other team members had never showed up. I don’t think we will go to this location again, the one on Penn has much better service.

Love this location. Fast, friendly, clean and great food! I eat here several times a month, breakfast, lunch or dinner. I read the negative comment below and can attest that that is not the norm for this location.

Chick fil a always sets the standard for customer service. The food at times can be subpar, but we won't stop coming back.

Wow I actually had a bad experience at a Chic-Fil-A. Didnt even think that was possible. Surprisingly slow drive through, it wasn’t even that busy, messed up my order and weren’t very pleasant. Kind of surprised

Don't be scared of the line. They are fast, efficient, and friendly! What else could you ask for? Food being correct? They got ya covered!

This is not your typical Chick-fil-A. The people that work here are rude and nonchalant. Every time I have been inside it has been dirty. They do not understand how to process mobile curbside orders, and the few times we’ve had a mobile order here for my children before school I’ve had to go in and pick up the order myself. There’s far better options, and complaints fall on deaf ears to management. Avoid this location.

Frozen lemonade is amazing! The spicy chicken sandwich was also very good. Fries are average, but the granola yogurt is good. Long lines but they are pretty quick.

What can I say. Great food and truly unbelievable service. I really can’t understand how they can give such great service at a fast food restaurant. They never mess up orders. The drive through is amazingly fast. I love it.

Food always hot and fresh. Always friendly. Only downside is their rush’s . But hey just goes to show they are good. Store and staff always super friendly. Clean place for eating. Restroom is also kept clean.

This location is very well kept. The kids area especially. Our food was great, hot, and delicious as usual. My son played in the playland area for quite a bit. He needed time to stretch his legs on our road trip. Tables were wiped down, floors were very clean, and the bathrooms looked like they were just cleaned. The staff was very nice and friendly as well.

Every employee we came in contact with was upbeat, helpful, and friendly. Great attitudes! My favorite thing is that they close on Sundays so that their people get a day for family. 💜
